WEBER 40 DCOE Carburetor Base Gasket – Dellorto DHLA, Solex ADDHE – TEMASIL
This base gasket seals the carburetor-to-manifold mounting interface on compatible Weber 40 DCOE applications and can also be used with Dellorto DHLA and Solex ADDHE carburetors. It is used during carburetor installation, removal, or overhaul to maintain a reliable seal around the mounting bore and bolt openings.
Material: TEMASIL. A sound base seal helps prevent unwanted air entering below the carburetor, which can otherwise contribute to unstable idle quality, incorrect mixture response, and inconsistent progression during throttle opening. Replace the gasket whenever the existing piece is compressed, damaged, contaminated, or disturbed during service. MPN: ST3922. Price is for one piece.
This replacement part is suitable for carburetor service and restoration work where the original component is worn, damaged, or missing.
Reference/MPN: st3922.
Technical role: TEMASIL base gasket for sealing the carburetor-to-manifold mounting interface on compatible Weber 40 DCOE, Dellorto DHLA, and Solex ADDHE carburetors.
Service relevance: Replace the gasket during carburetor installation, removal, or overhaul if the existing seal is compressed, damaged, contaminated, or disturbed.
What Is Included
- One TEMASIL carburetor base gasket
- Made in EU.
Important Fitment Note
Verify the carburetor family before ordering: Weber 40 DCOE, Dellorto DHLA, or Solex ADDHE. Compare the gasket’s bore opening, overall outline, bolt-hole position, and mounting interface with the removed gasket and the carburetor base. Confirm the ST3922 marking or equivalent part reference where applicable.
Compare the geometry and sealing interface with the original part before installation; thread and seat-style checks apply to the mating hardware and manifold, not to the gasket itself. Ensure both mating surfaces are clean, flat, and free from old gasket material before assembly.
